Amy is certified in Dog Training and Behaviour through the NDTF (National Dog Trainers Federation) Qualified in Behaviour Modification, Puppy Obedience Training and is authorised to conduct Puppy Class on Behalf of Steve & Vicki Austin (Pictured below)

Amy's Training Philosophy
Always try to set your puppy up for success. Avoid failures. Our training technique is a combination of rewarding correct behaviour and blocking undesired behaviours from being successful or rewarding in any way.
Socialisation and early basic training is the key to success with your new puppy. Puppies develop their social skills between the ages of 8-16 weeks. Puppy Pre-School is designed to use this window period in your puppy's life to ensure he/she becomes a polite, well behaved and well balanced dog.
Your puppy should be under 16 weeks of age at the start of the four consecutive classes. All puppies must be on a flat collar and lead to attend class.
Classes are available at various times on Saturdays at Dogue Manly 241 - 243 Sydney Road, Fairlight. www.dogue.com.au/

What your Puppy will learn
 | SocialisationA huge part of my puppy course is teaching you how to socialise your puppy with all of their surroundings, people and other puppies. Having a well balanced well mannered dog is a pleasure to own and to achieve that you start in puppy class. |
 | Obedience TrainingYou will be taught how to successfully train your puppy in basic obedience such as: come; sit; drop and stay. You will also learn about lead training and teaching good house manners. |
 | Independence & ConfidenceYou will also learn how to build your puppy's self-confidence and ability to cope with the world without needing you by his side at all times. |
